Essential Functions & Responsibilities:
- Provides exceptional service to business clients through proactive relationship management, tailored financial guidance, and timely resolution of needs across all deposit products, digital banking, and cash management services.
- Working closely with department team members and branch team members to attract new business members while providing assistance with new deposit accounts, digital banking, and cash management services.
- Opens and maintains all types of deposit accounts and services offered by MAX Credit Union. Demonstrates in-depth knowledge of personal and business banking products and makes appropriate recommendations to meet members' needs.
- Sells and implements business solutions such as Remote Deposit Capture, ACH (Automated Clearing House) services, and digital banking tools to enhance convenience and access.
- Partners with internal departments to deliver holistic solutions for members. Ensures a seamless and coordinated approach to member service.
- Maintains a member first mindset.
- Upholds core values and builds team member and customer relationships.
- Completes all training as required.
- Performs other duties as assigned.
