Seniors Activity Program Coordinator
needed for Dementia Care Unit, Full Time, 7AM-3PM and Part Time, 3PM-8PM available. This position plays a vital role in organizing and facilitating engaging and enjoyable recreational activities.
Responsibilities- Plan and execute activities – Assist in the development and implementation of a diverse range of activities that cater to the interests and needs of participants.
- Facilitate Participation – Engage participants during activities, ensuring they feel included.
- MUST possess a high school diploma; additional certifications (Dementia Training) and other relative certifications will be beneficial to position.
- MUST be a Certified Nurse Aide and in good standing with the Alabama State Nurse Aide Registry.
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
- Creative mindset, compassion and patience.
