- Lead and Empower: Educate Eye Care Professionals (ECPs) on essential eye exams for patients, highlighting their importance and providing clear, actionable guidance for communicating results to patients and Hem/Oncology teams.
- Impactful Training: Deliver tailored educational materials that equip Healthcare Professionals (HCPs) with a thorough understanding of critical patient care procedures.
- Collaborate for Clarity: Partner with Oncology Account Managers and the Medical team to ensure seamless communication of product‑related information, including REMS details, in alignment with FDA guidance.
- Support Care Coordination: Provide assistance to Care Coordination as needed.
- Bachelor’s Degree: A 4‑year BA/BS degree is required.
- 3+ years in optometry, ophthalmology, or nursing, with a focus on oncology or specialized medical education.
- Alternatively, 1–3 years of direct clinical oncology experience, including oncology education, patient care, and interaction with physicians.

Skills:
Ability to clearly explain complex oncology concepts to Eye Care Professionals (ECPs) and other key stakeholders. - Collaborative Expertise:
Proven ability to work effectively with cross‑functional teams. - Skilled in developing and delivering product‑specific training and educational materials.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills for engaging effectively across all levels of management and departments.
- Specialty pharmacy/payer experience is preferred.
- CRN, NPs, PAs with eye care experience is highly preferred.
