Job Description:
We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Private Duty Nurse to provide one-on-one care to patients in their homes. The ideal candidate will have experience in providing personalized care to individuals with various medical needs. This position is for the day shift and is part-time.
Responsibilities:- Assessing and monitoring patient's condition
- Administering medications and treatments as prescribed
- Assisting with personal care tasks, such as bathing and dressing
- Providing emotional support and companionship to patients
- Communicating with patients' families and healthcare team
- Valid RN or LPN license in the state of Alabama
- Previous experience in home health or private duty nursing
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks
- Compassionate and patient-centered approach to care
