Orthopedics Physician Assistant

Hospital System seeks to add a full-time Orthopedic Physician Assistant to their trauma team. The new Physician Assistant will work directly with this trauma team and handle a variety of complex orthopedic trauma cases. The position includes ED consults, first assist (OR), rounds, inpatient management and clinic. The group has their own Physical Therapy, Digital X-Ray, and MRI.

Responsibilities include:

H&P s, patient evaluation and education, refer for diagnostic treatment, ED orthopedic consults, first assist, review lab results, write scripts, injections and aspirations, treat fractures (reductions), casting and splinting.

Successful candidates should be NCCPA-Certified/eligible. The location is in a beautiful area of Montgomery.
