The Medical Technologist is responsible for the efficient, accurate identification and technical analysis of various constituents or organisms present in the human body that may be responsible for and/or related to disease. A Medical Technologist II is responsible for and reviews all technical work performed by Lab Assistants. Medical Technologists II performs laboratory testing within all areas of the Lab. rec:max
Bachelor's degree in Medical Technology from an accredited college or university and meeting requirements of Alabama State Board of Health and CLIA personnel requirements for a Technologist.
