Front Desk Clerk - On Call

Renaissance Montgomery Hotel & Spa at the Convention Center invites applications for the Front Desk Clerk – On Call. This role ensures seamless guest arrival and departure procedures, upholds our high standards of hospitality, and manages room assignments, reservations, and guest inquiries.

Key Responsibilities
  • Address guest concerns promptly and professionally, seeking effective solutions to enhance satisfaction.
  • Empathize with guests and respond swiftly to create a positive and memorable experience.
  • Assign rooms based on location, rate, room selling strategies, guaranteed room types, Marriott Rewards Membership, or group status.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of group or event details and local activities to inform guests.
  • Handle future and same-day reservations efficiently, including walk-in guests.
  • Prepare and complete Front Desk reports accurately and on time.
Qualifications

Prior experience in a similar hospitality or front desk position is preferred. We are willing to train the right candidate.
