** The Barback is responsible for supporting bartenders by maintaining a clean and fully stocked bar area, ensuring smooth and efficient service. This role includes replenishing supplies, preparing garnishes, and keeping the bar organized to enhance guest satisfaction.

Skills:

** Previous experience in a bar or restaurant environment is preferred.

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks efficiently. Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions.

Basic knowledge of bar operations and beverage preparation. Primarily an indoor role with exposure to a fast-paced bar environment. Must be able to lift and carry up to 50 lbs and perform repetitive physical tasks, such as stocking and cleaning.
