Position: Team Relations Specialist (3rd Shift)

About the Role

As a Team Relations Specialist (3rd Shift) in the Durable Goods Manufacturing industry, your main responsibility will be to ensure effective communication and positive relationships within the team. You will play a crucial role in maintaining a harmonious work environment and resolving any conflicts or issues that may arise. Your ultimate goal will be to foster a strong sense of teamwork and collaboration, leading to increased productivity and employee satisfaction.

This position requires a high level of interpersonal skills and the ability to handle sensitive situations with tact and diplomacy.

Minimum Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in employee relations or a similar role.
  • Strong knowledge of labor laws and regulations.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to handle confidential and sensitive information with discretion.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience in the manufacturing industry.
  • Certification in conflict resolution or mediation./ul>
    Responsibilities
