Wind Creek Montgomery is seeking a Benefits Specialist to answer incoming calls and communicate with employees about benefits, status of claims and policies. This role will enroll new employees, maintain comprehensive benefits files, and coordinate with the Director of Compensation and Benefits.
Responsibilities include administering FMLA/ADA/USERRA, HIPAA compliance, updating the benefits intranet, COBRA tracking, and assisting with vendor communications and enrollments as needed.
