Required Skills & Experience

- Bachelor's Degree in Chemistry, Biology, Biochemistry, or Chemical Engineering - 2-3+ year's experience with product development or formulation in the consumer goods or personal care industry

Job Description

Insight Global is looking for a Formulation Scientist to join the team Research and Development organization of a large consumer healthcare company. This individual will be responsible for batching, stability testing, and compliance documentation within electronic systems. They will be supporting an ongoing project stream(s) and will be focusing on laboratory activities including formulation and testing. The ideal candidate will have industry experience within the personal care or cosmetics industry in a laboratory environment.

Compensation:

$33-37/hr

Exact compensation may vary based on several factors, including skills, experience, and education.

Benefit packages for this role will start on the 31st day of employment and include medical, dental, and vision insurance, as well as HSA, FSA, and DCFSA account options, and 401k retirement account access with employer matching. Employees in this role are also entitled to paid sick leave and/or other paid time off as provided by applicable law.
