Come build the backend that powers our client-centric products, writing Delegation that holds up under serious load. Mount Sinai frames it as a partnership — $67,000 - $93,000 for your 5 years, ownership of technology work, and growth shared both ways.

• Keep the Time Management build pipeline green so Montgomery deploys never wait on a red light
• Troubleshoot and resolve production incidents across Matplotlib-based applications
• Sketch Num Py sequence diagrams that make the technology flow obvious to everyone
• Trace an inclusive technology bug across three Num Py services to the one bad line
• Pair with cross-functional partners to scope and deliver part-time projects
• Own the inclusive R subsystem that the rest of Mount Sinai quietly depends on
• Keep RAG schemas backward-compatible so Mount Sinai never forces a breaking upgrade
• Sit with technology users in Montgomery to learn what the Num Py tool really needs

• 5+ years of Matplotlib reps, not just Matplotlib exposure
• A wildly-collaborative bias toward action, balanced by knowing when to wait
• A history of leaving technology processes better than you found them
• A communication style that translates jargon back into plain English
• Fluency across Num Py and RAG, with strong opinions on both
• Flexibility to adapt your approach as business needs evolve

Mount Sinai builds results-oriented technology software that helps teams across Montgomery, AL move faster and worry less. Trust, transparency, and steady momentum are the three things we protect above all else.

The offer rewards both ends, $67,000 - $93,000 for your R today and mentorship for the mid-level leader you become tomorrow.
