We are seeking a skilled Moveworks Developer to design, configure, and deploy enterprise-grade conversational AI solutions using the Moveworks platform. This role combines hands-on application development with AI assistant configuration and enterprise integrations to deliver seamless end-to-end automation across ITSM, HR, and other business domains. The ideal candidate will have strong technical expertise in AI chatbot development, system integrations, and a passion for building intelligent digital experiences.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and configure AI-powered chatbots and digital assistants using the Moveworks platform.
- Integrate Moveworks solutions with enterprise SaaS systems such as Service Now, Workday, Salesforce, and other business applications.
- Develop and optimize REST/JSON APIs for system connectivity, data aggregation, and workflow automation.
- Configure conversation paths, plugins, and bot skills, ensuring accurate NLP intent recognition and high-quality user experiences.
- Implement testing, monitoring, and analytics to measure bot performance, usage, and response accuracy.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (HR, IT, business stakeholders) to gather requirements and deliver impactful AI solutions.
- Document system configurations, provide technical support, and ensure successful rollout and user adoption.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3+ years of technical experience, including 1–2 years working with Moveworks or similar conversational AI platforms.
- Proven expertise in REST API development and enterprise application integrations.
- Excellent analytical, troubleshooting, and communication skills.
- Hands-on experience with Moveworks-specific configuration (intents, conversation design, thresholds).
- Integration experience with Workday, Service Now, or Salesforce using AI assistants.
- Knowledge of cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP.
- Understanding of enterprise security and compliance frameworks.
- Experience in Agile development and Dev Ops delivery environments.
- Relevant certifications in AI, Chatbot Development, or Cloud Technologies are a plus.
