Job Summary

As a Maintenance Manager
, you will oversee the day‑to‑day maintenance and repair operations of vending machines across multiple locations. You will lead a team of technicians, manage equipment inventory, and ensure all machines are operating efficiently and safely. Your role is critical in maintaining customer satisfaction and supporting route operations through timely service and preventative maintenance.

Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise and coordinate the activities of maintenance technicians responsible for servicing vending machines, coolers, and related equipment.
  • Develop and implement preventative maintenance schedules to minimize downtime and extend equipment lifespan.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues with vending machines, including refrigeration, electrical, and mechanical components.
  • Maintain accurate records of repairs, parts usage, and service calls.
  • Ensure compliance with safety standards and company policies.
  • Collaborate with route drivers and warehouse staff to support seamless operations.
  • Manage parts inventory and coordinate with vendors for equipment and supplies.
  • Provide training and technical support to new and existing maintenance staff.
  • Monitor maintenance KPIs and report on performance metrics to leadership.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Associate’s degree or technical certification in electrical, mechanical, or HVAC fields preferred.
  • 3+ years of experience in equipment maintenance, preferably in vending, food service, or route‑based industries.
  • Strong understanding of refrigeration systems, electrical diagnostics, and mechanical repair.
  • Proven leadership experience with the ability to manage and motivate a team.
  • Excellent organizational, communication, and problem‑solving skills.
  • Proficiency in maintenance tracking systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Valid driver’s license and clean driving record required.
