We are seeking an experienced Vice President, Compliance and Privacy Officer to lead our Compliance Department and ensure adherence to all applicable laws, regulations, and company policies. This leadership role fosters a culture of ethics and compliance across the organization.

- Develop and implement compliance policies and procedures
- Lead compliance training and education programs
- Oversee investigations, hotline disclosures, and reporting processes
- Monitor and enhance compliance, privacy, and data security policies
- Maintain and update the company’s Code of Conduct
- Collaborate with leadership on quality improvement initiatives
- Bachelor’s degree required;
Master’s preferred - 5+ years of healthcare compliance experience
- 2+ years of management experience
- Health Care Compliance certification strongly preferred
- Strong leadership, analytical, and communication skills
