Church Administrator

Oversee business affairs, facilities, and administrative and support personnel of the church.

• 1. Provide oversight and direction for the day-to-day operations of the church and its facilities and manage the business affairs of the church.
• 2. Supervise administrative staff, building maintenance staff, food service personnel, daycare administration, and other support staff.
• 3. Oversee food service programs, maintenance schedules, inventories, security, and general upkeep of facilities, equipment, and vehicles.
• 4. Ensure that policies are developed and followed for purchasing and reimbursement.
• 5. Provide guidance and direction to trustees, committees, and staff in legal, insurance, and organizational matters.
• 6. Prepare and administer budgets for all areas of responsibility.
• 7. Serve as a member of the Church Council.

• A. Maintain regular office hours (20 hours per week).
• B. Attend and participate in regular staff meetings.
• C. Accomplish other duties as assigned.

• A. This staff member shall strive to be spiritually, emotionally, mentally, and physically strong.
• B. This staff member shall pursue holiness through personal Bible study and prayer.

• A. The faith and practice of this staff member must be in alignment with Southern Baptist doctrine as outlined in The Baptist Faith and Message.
• B. This staff member will support the vision of the Pastor and promote unity within the fellowship of Eastern Hills Baptist Church.

Salary and benefits package will be based on the recommendation of the Personnel Committee and subject to the approval of the church.
