You will be tasked with the programming and operation of CNC equipment to manufacture precision parts that align with our quality standards. Core Duties- Configure and manage CNC equipment to ensure safe and productive workflows.
- Utilize G-code and relevant programming languages to develop machine instructions.
- Analyze technical schematics and blueprints to manufacture components with high precision.
- Observe ongoing production to implement adjustments that uphold our quality benchmarks.
- Conduct regular equipment upkeep to help maintain peak operational efficiency.
- Work alongside colleagues to identify and fix machining complications.
- Help maintain a safe working environment for the entire team by keeping the workspace tidy.
- Completion of high school or a GED; a technical certification or degree in CNC work is a plus.
- Demonstrated history in CNC operation and programming, including deep knowledge of machine mechanics.
- Skilled at interpreting complex technical drawings and blueprints.
- Strong grasp of mathematics and a meticulous eye for detail.
- Capable of working autonomously while also contributing to group goals.
- Help drive project success by applying excellent problem-solving abilities to daily challenges.
- Knowledgeable regarding standard safety procedures and best practices within a machine shop.
