Hires, Inc. is seeking a skilled Machinist in Montgomery, AL to set up and operate CNC and conventional machines for precision parts used in surgical equipment. Proficiency with lathes, mills, grinders, and GD&T is required, along with reading blueprints and using precision gauges.
This role supports Lean Manufacturing through 5S and tool-life management, with shifts 7:00pm–5:30am Monday–Thursday. Minimum two years of experience and strong math skills preferred; overtime may apply.
