Overview
MARKETING MANAGER (Hybrid/in-office flexibility) — MONTGOMERY, AL
Qualifications- 2–4 years in marketing, social media content creation, or hospitality revenue management
- Hands-on content creation/editing (Tik Tok/Instagram Reels; tools like Cap Cut, Canva)
- Familiarity with revenue tools (Price Labs, AirDNA, property management software) preferred but trainable
- Strong communication/networking; comfortable representing the brand locally
- Bachelor’s in Marketing/Hospitality/Communications preferred, not required
- Base salary of $40,000 plus performance bonuses (target $5,000–$20,000 annually)
- Growth opportunities in a fast-scaling hospitality company
- Hybrid/in-office flexibility
- Paid overnight travel as needed
Salary: $40,000 base + bonuses
Work Hours/Time: Full-time, standard business hours with some evenings/weekends for events or content capture
Territory: Based in Montgomery, AL, with current properties ranging from Birmingham to Mobile and Pensacola; paid travel to those areas
