Political Strategist

A strategist role supporting campaign strategy through digital work, social media, research, client communication, and day-to-day political operations.

Strategy Management, LLC, based in Montgomery, Alabama, is a young and restless group of seasoned Republican campaign operatives who have fought in the trenches of nearly 300 races across America.

We’re in the business of building relationships, telling stories, and most importantly leading our clients to success. We run political campaigns across the country and have a great time doing it. We hope to have the opportunity to work with you.

Job Description

• Assist in developing and executing political and campaign strategies
• Support digital operations, including social media content, analytics, and basic ad management
• Conduct polling, voter research, and data analysis to inform strategy
• Track political trends, news, and competitor activity
• Coordinate with clients, vendors, and internal teams as needed

Qualifications

• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Familiarity with political campaigns, digital platforms, and social media trends
• Experience with working in political campaigns (preferred)
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and dependable
• Flexible and ready to learn
• Bachelor’s degree in Political Science, Communications, Marketing, or related field (or relevant experience)
• Prior political campaign experience preferred, but not required.
