Digital Marketing Manager

You enjoy developing content, coordinating people, and understanding what campaign results are telling you. You can turn an idea into a practical schedule and keep the work moving through feedback, approvals, and launch.

We’re hiring a Digital Marketing Manager in Montgomery to manage campaign delivery across social media, email, and website content. You’ll coordinate contributors, maintain consistent messaging, and use performance information to recommend improvements.

• Develop digital campaign plans with clear audiences, objectives, and deadlines.
• Coordinate social media content, email marketing, and website updates.
• Prepare briefs and review copy, graphics, and promotional assets.
• Maintain content calendars and manage feedback and approvals.
• Monitor engagement, website traffic, and campaign performance.
• Track approved marketing spend and share results with management.

Experience delivering digital campaigns, coordinating content, or managing marketing projects is preferred. In-house, agency, freelance, and small-business experience are all relevant.

You should bring:

• Strong writing, editing, and campaign planning skills.
• Confidence coordinating contributors and competing deadlines.
• Familiarity with social media tools, email platforms, and website content systems.
• An understanding of campaign metrics and digital reporting.
• Practical judgment when recommending changes.

A specific degree isn’t required. We’re interested in examples of campaigns you’ve supported or managed, your contribution, and what you learned.

You’ll receive guidance on company platforms, brand standards, and approval processes while taking responsibility for assigned campaigns and their delivery.
