** full-time CRNA
** to join our highly experienced anesthesia team. Montgomery offers a broad range of surgical services and performs cutting-edge procedures across multiple specialties, including orthopedics, cardiothoracic surgery, vascular surgery, urology, gastroenterology, and general surgery.

* Essential Functions:

* • Participate in all aspects of pre-anesthetic patient evaluation  
• Provide intraoperative anesthesia care in collaboration with an attending anesthesiologist  
• Perform induction, maintenance, and emergence of anesthesia  
• Monitor and adjust patient physiologic status throughout procedures  
• Ensure safe and effective postoperative handoff to the next qualified provider  
• Administer spinal, epidural, caudal, and peripheral nerve block anesthesia  
• Insert and maintain invasive monitoring as required  
• Accurately document patient information in the EMR  
• Collaborate closely with anesthesiologists, surgeons, and the OR team  
• Promote patient satisfaction, safety, and departmental quality initiatives  
• Perform duties within delineated clinical privileges  
• Participate in call requirements and adjust to departmental needs  
• Other related responsibilities as assigned
