Orthopedics, endoscopy, vascular, general, spine, radiology, cardiac, urology, ophthalmology, OB/GYN (OB is not required), ENT, neuro and thoracic.

Trauma Level: Level 2 Trauma Supervision and Ratio:
Needs to be comfy working solo. Sup ratio 1:6 ive License:
Required Active AL license

Credentialing Time Frame: 90 days
