Tri Health Bethesda North Hospital in Montgomery, OH seeks a Charge Nurse for the 6200 Med-Surg Urology unit. This full-time night-shift role (7:00 pm–7:30 am, 72 hours bi-weekly) includes every 3rd weekend and holiday rotation, with a $5k sign-on bonus.
You will coordinate daily patient care, lead the team, and apply evidence-based nursing practices in a collaborative environment, supported by nursing leadership and opportunities for certification.
