• Craft and serve a variety of drinks according to established recipes while ensuring exceptional service standards.
• Maintain a clean and organized bar area to ensure a safe and welcoming environment.
• Interact with guests, take orders, and provide recommendations based on customers’ preferences.
• Check identification to verify legal drinking age.
• Manage cash transactions accurately and efficiently.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure seamless and efficient operation during service hours.
• Uphold all company and local guidelines regarding responsible alcohol service.
• Keep up with industry trends and continuously improve knowledge of new drinks and techniques.

• Proven experience as a bartender in a high-volume setting.
• Strong knowledge of spirits, wine, beer, and cocktails.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Certification from a bartending academy is a plus.
• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods, and lift heavy items when necessary.
