Key Responsibilities:

Assist in administering all point of sales application revisions related to green fee sales, merchandise sales, and member/guest billing. Coordinate with Accounting Departments on policy and procedure updates and implementation.

Reconcile daily tee sheets, manage check-in and payments, and resolve discrepancies such as duplicate charges or over/under payments. Track force posts and no-show charges.

Promote all club golf activities.

Maintain a clean, organized, and well-stocked golf shop. Assist with procurement, merchandising, and sales.

Prepare for golf outings by coordinating scorecards, cart labels, rules sheets, and other materials.

Assist with training of staff.

Incorporate safe work practices.

Maintain regular and reliable attendance.

Perform other duties as required.

Qualifications:

Associate’s degree (AA), or 6 months to 1 year related experience, or equivalent.

Ability to stand, walk, sit, and occasionally climb or balance; stoop, kneel, crawl, or crouch. Frequently use hands and reach with arms. Occasionally lift up to 50 pounds.

Work in wet or humid conditions occasionally; frequently outdoors. Moderate noise level.

Ability to read and speak English.

Knowledge of Microsoft Office and experience with POS and tee time systems.
