About the Role

We are seeking a results-driven Aftermarket Sales Representative to maintain and grow customer accounts while developing new business relationships. This role focuses on creating opportunities, preparing bids and quotes, and delivering exceptional customer service. Success is measured by account growth, relationship building, and consistent results in a competitive market.

Key Responsibilities
  • Generate and develop new customer accounts
  • Maintain and grow relationships with existing accounts
  • Prepare accurate bids, quotes, and proposals
  • Respond to customer inquiries with timely solutions
  • Negotiate pricing and product availability
  • Prepare and deliver sales reports (daily, weekly, or monthly)
  • Research and evaluate new product requests from customers
Qualifications
  • High school diploma or GED required;
    Bachelor’s degree preferred
  • 2–10 years of B2B sales experience, ideally in aftermarket, distribution, or industrial products
  • Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel; experience with CRM tools a plus
  • Strong organizational, communication, and customer service skills
  • Ability to collaborate effectively as a team player
