We're looking for a Sales and Marketing Specialist in Montgomery to represent client brands through face-to-face promotions and direct sales. You'll support campaign delivery, speak with prospective customers, and work toward agreed sales targets.

Your Customer-Facing Work

• Prepare promotional materials and support campaign setup.
• Approach customers professionally and introduce relevant products or services.
• Ask questions, explain options, and respond accurately to inquiries.
• Guide interested customers through the sales process.
• Maintain accurate activity records and required documentation.
• Share customer feedback and review results with the team.

Experience That Can Transfer

Sales, retail, hospitality, promotions, and other public-facing backgrounds are welcome. A specific degree isn’t required.

You should communicate confidently, listen carefully, and follow through on commitments. Comfort working toward targets and responding respectfully when someone declines is important.

Develop Through Practice

Training will cover product knowledge, campaign messaging, sales procedures, and reporting. Coaching will help you strengthen your presentations and customer conversations.

Reliable commuting to our Montgomery workplace and local campaign venues is required.
