• Provide customer service to clients and visitors by carrying out security-related procedures and site-specific policies, and when appropriate, responding to emergency situations.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, supporting a secure environment within commercial real estate locations.
• Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the property and perimeter to help deter unwanted activity and/or unauthorized access, adapting to varying working environments and conditions as required by the site.
• Document and report all incidents, observations, and/or suspicious activities according to Allied Universal and client protocols.
• Assist with access control and visitor management, monitoring entrances, exits, and common areas as part of daily patrol responsibilities.
• Remain alert and observant to identify potential security-related concerns and provide timely communication to appropriate personnel.

• Must have at least 2 years of security-related experience.
• Alarm panel experience is preferred.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• At this site there are limited on-site facilities such as portable toilets and rustic guard shacks.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
