Inner Parish Security Corporation, IPSC is recruiting unarmed security officers with excellent customer service and security skills to join our highly regarded team in Montgomery!

$12.50 / hour
, paid every week! Daily pay available on demand.

To be discussed at interview.

• Active Security Guard License.
• At least 25 years old, valid driver's license, and a clean driving record.
• Prior law enforcement, military and/or 1 year of security experience is a plus; however, training and uniform will be provided to the right candidate.
• Excellent customer service and conflict resolution skills.
• Sound communication skills.
• Professional presentation.
• Ability to work as a team member and solo.
• Willingness and ability to work to a flexible roster, 7 days a week.
• Reliable transport.
• Active cellphone.
• 21 years of age for armed positions, 25 years of age for driving positions.
• Clean criminal background.
• Ability to pass a drug screen.
• Must be able to stand for long periods of time and perform routine foot patrols.

• Effective written and verbal communication skills; must be able to communicate clearly and quickly in emergencies.
• Ability to read and interpret written information under a variety of circumstances.
• Ability to drive a motor vehicle in the course of duties if required.
