• Provide customer service to clients by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies and/or emergency response activities as required.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations calmly, according to established protocols.
• Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the commercial real‑estate location and its perimeter to deter unauthorized activity and identify potential issues.
• Observe and report suspicious activities, hazards, or maintenance needs within the location.
• Assist with access control by monitoring entry and exit points and verifying credentials as needed.
• Communicate professionally with tenants, visitors, and/or employees while maintaining a visible presence throughout the property.
• Document incidents and daily activities in detailed reports for review by Allied Universal management and the client as appropriate.

• A minimum of 2 years of security‑related experience.
• Applicants must be at least 21 years of age.
• Limited on‑site facilities such as portable toilets and rustic guard shacks.
• Experience with customer service is preferred.
• Comfort using a computer or tablet is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Background investigation required in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.

• Drug screen required to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements may be required prior to employment based on state/local laws.
• A valid driver’s license required for driving positions only.
