Position Type: Part Time

Pay Rate: $15.91 / Hour

Work Schedule: Fri 10:00 PM–6:00 AM, Sat 2:00 PM–10:00 PM

• Provide customer service to clients and visitors by carrying out security‑related procedures, site‑specific policies, and, when appropriate, emergency response activities.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem‑solving manner while maintaining professionalism at all times.
• Conduct regular and random patrols around the property and perimeter to deter unauthorized activity and identify potential issues.
• Monitor entrances, exits, and other designated areas within the commercial real estate location to deter unauthorized access.
• Document and report any security‑related incidents, maintenance concerns, or unusual activities according to Allied Universal protocols.
• Collaborate with property management and/or law enforcement as needed to address incidents or emergencies at the location.
• Remain visible and approachable to provide assistance and information to tenants, visitors, and staff as needed.

• At least 2 years of security‑related experience is required.
• Minimum age: 21 years.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Subject to a background investigation, drug screen, and applicable licensing requirements.
• Valid driver’s license required only for driving positions.
