As a Security Officer – Commercial Property Walks you’ll monitor and patrol properties, deter incidents, and maintain a secure environment for tenants and visitors.   Sun 06:00 AM – 02:00 PM

• Provide customer service to clients and visitors by carrying out security‑related procedures and responding to situations as needed.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem‑solving manner, supporting emergency response activities as required.
• Conduct regular and random patrols around the property and its perimeter to deter unauthorized activity and identify potential security concerns.
• Document observations and report any unusual or suspicious activity according to established protocols.
• Engage professionally with building occupants and visitors to address questions or concerns related to security.
• Work collaboratively with Allied Universal personnel and property management to maintain a secure environment.

• At least 2 years of security‑related experience.
• Alarm panel experience preferred.
• Customer service experience preferred.
• Be at least 18 years old for unarmed roles; 21+ for armed roles.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Background investigation and drug screening required as per federal, state, and local laws.
• Licensing requirements subject to state and/or local laws and may be required prior to employment.
• Valid driver’s license required for driving positions only.
