We are seeking a skilled and experienced Commercial Construction Refrigeration Leadman to join our team. As a Leadman, you will oversee refrigeration projects, ensuring they are completed efficiently and to high standards.

• Lead and supervise a team of refrigeration technicians on construction sites.
• Coordinate and schedule project tasks to meet deadlines.
• Install commercial refrigeration systems, including walk-in coolers, freezers, and HVAC units.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues.
• Maintain accurate project documentation and reports.
• Collaborate with project managers, subcontractors, and clients.
• Mentor and train junior technicians as needed.

• 5+ years of commercial HVAC-R experience.
• Relevant certifications and licenses.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Proficiency in interpreting blueprints and technical drawings or aptitude to learn.
• Excellent problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
