Pay: $30-$40 per hour with bonus opportunities.
Foreman Responsibilities- Overseeing electrical installation to ensure adherence to plans/specs
- Working alongside your team in the field to maintain construction schedule
- Be able to evaluate applicants and hire on the jobsite
- Maintain and enforce safety rules and a safety-first culture
- Interpreting plans and coordinating with other trades
- Implementing strategies to optimize workflow and operational efficiency
- Ensuring that all equipment and machinery are properly operated and maintained
- 3 + years experience as a working Foreman
- 8 + years of Electrical experience
- A Journeyman license is preferred but not required
- Proficient in reading plans and coordinating with other trades
- Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
- High School degree or equivalent
- Pass background check and drug screen
- Strong leadership skills with a proven track record
- Multiple locations including Birmingham and surrounding counties
- Year-round work stability
