We are seeking a skilled and motivated Service Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in repairing and maintaining commercial kitchen equipment, excellent troubleshooting skills, and a strong commitment to providing exceptional customer service. This role involves diagnosing, repairing, and servicing a variety of commercial kitchen appliances and systems to ensure optimal functionality and compliance with industry standards.

• Equipment Repair and Maintenance:
  Diagnose, repair, and maintain a wide range of commercial kitchen equipment, including ovens, walk-in coolers/freezers, dish machines, fryers, mixers, tilt skillets, and HVAC systems.
• Support the client:
  Oversee all network services and perform tests on equipment and circuits. Troubleshoot issues and resolve any requests or concerns that come up in a timely manner. Perform tests to ensure systems are error-free.
• Customer Service:
  Maintain relationships with customers and follow company guidelines.
• Troubleshooting:
  Identify and troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, and gas related issues with commercial kitchen equipment.

• High school diploma or GED required; bachelor's degree or certification preferred.
• Experience a minimum of 2-5 years in repairing and maintaining commercial kitchen equipment.
• Ability to build strong relationships with the customer and display excellent communication skills.
• Ability to manage your workflow in a timely and consistent manner.
• Ability to lift to 55 pounds.
• Problem-solving skills and mechanical aptitude.
• Preferred relevant certifications such as EPA 608, CFESA (Commercial Food Equipment Service Associate) in gas, electrical, steam, refrigeration, or electrical.
• Must have a valid driver's license with a clean driving record as outlined with our company policy.
• Must be able to pass a satisfactory background and drug screening.
• Computer skills including Microsoft office.
• Knowledgeable about all safety requirements.

• Ability to lift and carry up to 50 to 75 pounds; frequently lift and or move up to 100 pounds with assistance and heavy lift equipment.
• Comfortable working in various environments, including confined spaces and heights.
• Ability to stand, walk, and bend for extended periods and climb up and down ladders.
• Extensive daily travel to work site locations.
• Exposure to electrical, steam, and high heat units that require extreme caution and safety equipment.
