Hotel Maintenance Tech – Staybridge Suites® Hotels

We’re looking for a hands‑on problem solver to keep our hotel running smoothly. As a Maintenance Tech, you’ll maintain systems, respond to guest needs, and support a safe and welcoming environment.

• Troubleshoot and repair hotel equipment, systems, and guest room features.
• Perform preventative maintenance to keep everything in excellent working order.
• Tackle projects in electrical, plumbing, carpentry, painting, and more.
• Respond to guest requests with professionalism and a smile.
• Keep detailed records of your work and maintain a safe, organized workspace.
• Ensure everything meets safety codes, regulations, and brand standards.

• A self‑starter with strong problem‑solving skills.
• Experience in general maintenance (hotel, commercial, or residential).
• Knowledge of electrical, plumbing, HVAC, or carpentry basics.
• A positive, guest‑first attitude and commitment to teamwork.
• Reliability and attention to detail.
