- Assist the head softball coach with instructing student-athletes in fundamental skills, strategies, and physical conditioning necessary for individual and team success.
- Work effectively with players, parents, administration, and other coaches.
- Adhere to the MPS Athletics Code of Ethics and Conduct for Sports Coaches.
- Attend the AHSAA sponsored rules clinic for the sport.
