- Directly responsible for all middle school soccer activities
- Instruct athletes in fundamentals, develop character, model expected behavior
- Ability to work with players, parents, administration, and other coaches
- Adhere to the MPS Athletics Code of Ethics and Conduct for Sports Coaches
- Attend the AHSAA sponsored rules clinic for his/her sports
