Warehouse Associate

Under direct supervision, this position is responsible for accurately performing duties related to warehouse operations. The employee may operate company equipment and vehicles and must adhere to all Occupational Health and Safety regulations, federal/state transportation laws, and related company policies.

• Barcode and process new boxes
• Pull access list
• Refile boxes/files
• Barcode and process boxes scheduled for destruction
• Perform responsibilities related to bay consolidations
• Operate a picker forklift or other company equipment
• Before signing out equipment, perform safety checks (battery, brakes, lift controls, fire extinguisher)
• Move boxes to assigned areas, including pulling, loading, and transporting
• Warehouse maintenance
• Make pickups and deliveries
• Vehicle maintenance
• Return equipment to charging stations at end of day and prepare for overnight charge
• Other duties as assigned

• Maintain strict confidentiality and security

• Valid driver’s license with clean MVR and clean background check
• High School Diploma minimum
• Problem-solving skills for process issues
• Physically able to perform labor-intensive tasks daily (continuous lifting of 40-50 lb boxes)
• Good eye/hand coordination and motor skills
• Ability to work under time constraints and meet productivity requirements
• Willingness to follow established procedures and offer improvement ideas
• Willingness to perform tasks at heights (12-14 ft)
• Ability to use handheld computer, electric pickers, drive van and box truck
• Flexibility to accept different work hours and assignments
• Willingness to work overtime
• Strong customer service background
• Detail-oriented work style
• Dependable, reliable, and capable of handling equipment safely
