Certified Nursing Assistant – Full Time Day Shift and Every 3rd Weekend Role Information

Location: Twin Lakes | 9840 Montgomery Road, Montgomery, Ohio 44242

Schedule: 7:00 AM to 7:15 PM | Full Time Monday to Friday which includes Every Third Weekend

You are a compassionate and dependable caregiver who is committed to supporting residents in their daily routines. You respond quickly to needs, foster meaningful interactions, and bring compassion and professionalism to every interaction in our Memory Care or Skilled Nursing units.

• Assist residents with bathing, dressing, grooming, and other daily activities
• Respond to call lights and provide timely support
• Observe and report any changes in residents' conditions
• Help maintain a clean and safe environment
• Work closely with team members to ensure quality care
• Enter data into computer on AOD
• Provide menu/collect choices and assist residents with eating

• Current CNA certification
• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Fluency in reading, writing, and speaking English
• Strong interpersonal skills and a high level of compassion
• Ability to pass a pre-employment background check
• Ability to pass a pre-employment drug screen
