Midwales Recruitment is seeking reliable Production Operatives for a local Montgomery manufacturing site, offering a full-time role with rotating shifts from 6:00am to 2:15pm and 2:00pm to 10:15pm, 39 hours per week. You will support manufacturing and packaging, ensuring quality, hygiene and safety standards.
The ideal candidate has experience in manufacturing, good attention to detail, a strong work ethic and can work rotating shifts. Food or beverage experience is a plus but not required.
