Montgomery | Full Time | £14.30 per hour (including shift allowance)
Monday to Friday | Rotating shifts: 6:00am - 2:15pm / 2:00pm - 10:15pm | 39 hours per week
Role OverviewA local business in Montgomery is looking for reliable and hardworking Production Operatives to join its busy manufacturing team. This is an excellent opportunity to work in a fast-paced production environment, supporting the manufacturing and packaging process while maintaining high standards of quality, hygiene and safety.
Key Responsibilities- Operate production and packaging machinery.
- Monitor production lines to ensure efficient operation.
- Carry out quality checks on products.
- Maintain high hygiene and health & safety standards.
- Complete production documentation accurately.
- Work collaboratively as part of a supportive production team.
- Previous experience in a manufacturing or production environment.
- Good attention to detail.
- Positive attitude with a strong work ethic.
- Ability to work rotating shifts.
- Good communication skills.
- Food or beverage manufacturing experience is advantageous but not essential
