As a PRN, non-exempt Occupational Therapist with Optum at Drew memorial, you will evaluate and develop rehabilitation goals to increase self-care and instrumental activities of daily living for inpatients and outpatients with identified mental, developmental, or physical disabilities. Knowledge of computer-based documentation is a must. This position may also work at other affiliated locations as needed.

Drew Memorial Health System is a non-profit, 60 bed, community-owned acute care hospital that serves a population of 200,000 in Southeast Arkansas. We have operated for over 35 years in our current location in the City of Monticello, in Drew County, Arkansas.

About the Rehabilitation Department: Department core hours are Monday-Friday from 8:00am-5:00pm and as needed to support acute care hospital rehab staff.

Primary Responsibilities:

• Fill in for full time OTs as needed
• Evaluation of patient and plan of care
• Documentation
• Working with Rehab clinical team members

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree
• Arkansas Occupational Therapist license in good standing
• Reliable transportation

Preferred Qualifications:

• 1+ years of outpatient work experience

The hourly pay for this role will range from $35.00 - $63.00 per hour based on full-time employment. We comply with all minimum wage laws as applicable.
