• Effectively work with other associates in the department to promote team spirit.
• Responsible for quality, quantity, housekeeping, waste, and safety of machine.
• Must know how to transport bags and manufacturing materials safely via overhead hoist and fork trucks.
• Monitor print quality for correct ink color and pattern and make tail printer adjustments as necessary.
• Maintain ink pans and keep filled for tail printers and clean up and flush ink to waste water drains.
• Show leadership to meet production goals and direct safety and training of crew.
• Housekeeping work area clean at all times.
• Complete accurately all production reporting in freedom, quality monitors, reporting of paper consumption and other documentation.
• Perform slide angle test per work instructions.
• Perform other job-related duties as assigned by supervisor.
• Follow/support ISO work instructions; 5s;
  Lean manufacturing, Process improvement efforts.
• Help any and all machines when down regardless of reason.
• Learn to operate tuber/bottomer/tail printer.

• Calibrated tape measure.
• Appropriate tools needed to work on machines.
• Roll hoist.

• High School Diploma or GED.

• Must be able to communicate in an effective and respectful manner.
• May be filled with a new hire if no associate signs a job posting for the open position.
• Basic math skills.
• Ability to read, write, speak and understand English.
• Ability to read, write and understand directions and follow a manufacturing order.
• Understand the mechanics of the machine to properly set-up to meet order requirements.
• Exercise initiative to perform function of all positions within the Inline Crew.
