- Meet monthly, quarterly, and annual financial targets by identifying and generating new accounts
- Conduct effective proposal presentations that address prospective customers’ business problems and propose WEX solutions
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities and utilize Salesforce for portfolio management
- Negotiate payment terms with new applicants and address potential customer objections
- Coordinate the implementation and delivery of WEX Fleet One products to new customers
- Associate's degree or equivalent from a two-year college or technical school; or six months to one year of related experience and/or training
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Ability to pass a successful background check
- Strong understanding of the competitive landscape in the fuel management sector
- Proven ability to gather and submit detailed business information for underwriting
- Strong sales skills and knowledge of the Integrity Selling AIDINC Sales model
- Familiarity with the fuel management business
- Proficient in computer skills including Salesforce, Outlook, Word, and Excel
