January. Initially located in De Queen, AR for the first 3 months (5 days per week, per diem provided), then transferring back to Monticello, AR.

The company offers complete construction services, including pipeline construction, installation, maintenance, repairs, stations, facility modification, and new construction.

• Operate HDD Drills (Vermeer and/or Ditch Witch) to drill and install underground gas lines.
• Place, remove or maintain underground utilities as directed (e.g., carrying pipe, bags of material, jack hammering, shoveling, tamping, installing pipe, duct or cable).
• Participate in manual labor tasks required on the project.
• Secure work sites, equipment, and materials at the end of each shift to ensure public safety and equipment safety; ensure compliance with company safety protocols.
• Wear personnel protective equipment when required.
• Follow proper safety and incident reporting procedures; bring problems to foreman or supervisor.
• Execute job deliverables according to customer specifications and contract requirements.
• Ensure all project work is compliant with installation standards and performed safely and correctly.
• Promote and monitor safety of team members.
• Prepare sites to optimize construction work procedures.

• High School Diploma or Equivalent required.
• Three to five years of experience operating HDD equipment in underground utility or pipeline construction.
• Previous experience in the natural gas industry highly preferred.
• Certifications in HDD Operation, safety training, and utility locating desirable.
