As a Direct Support Professional, you’ll work 1‑on‑1 with your clients inside their homes, and support them with the following activities:
- Light housekeeping, including organizing and basic cleaning
- Personal activities such as dressing, grooming, and assisting with meals
- Accompanying your clients to any events outside the home
- Assisting your clients with their goals as assigned by the IST
Eligibility Requirements
- Letter of reference, showing 1 year of experience
- Access to insured and reliable transportation
- Dedication to professional development, including organizational and state‑required training
