Finisher - 1st Shift

, the Finisher role involves working collaboratively to assemble filtration products in a team-oriented environment. This is a 1st‑shift on‑site position, with hours from 5:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m.

• Support CANS and other work functions in Plastic Assembly.
• Produce quality products to meet customer needs.
• Inspect products, operate hand tools and power equipment to finish products.
• Proceed on most job duties with minimal supervision.
• Perform additional duties as required to fulfill Donaldson’s mission, vision and strategic objectives.

• Follow written and oral instruction.
• Communicate effectively with all plant employees.
• Adhere to safety procedures.
• Perform a variety of tasks throughout the day in a fast‑paced environment.
• Work in a team environment toward a common goal.

• High school diploma or equivalent plus a minimum of two years of trade school or qualified work experience.
• Knowledge of department operations.
• Make sound decisions and maintain consistent high quality work habits.
• Exhibit attention to detail.
• Problem‑solve efficiently and effectively.

$19.60 per hour. Actual salaries may vary based on work experience, training, education and performance. This position may also be eligible for a performance‑based incentive plan.
