Production Workers

Our client is seeking a Production Workers to join their 2nd shift team. As a Production Workers, you will be part of the Production team supporting Manufacturing operations. The ideal candidate will have a strong commitment to safety, the ability to follow instructions accurately, and a steady work pace that supports timely production.

** 2:30p - 11p

** What's the Job?*
* + Grind springs by loading machines in a safe and timely fashion.

+ Follow established production procedures to keep work moving efficiently.

+ Maintain attention to detail while operating within assigned tasks.

+ Support a clean and organized work area to promote safe operations.

+ Work consistently across scheduled days to meet production needs.

** What's Needed?*

** High School/GED.*
* + Ability to learn and follow job instructions and safety expectations.

+ Willingness to work on MON, TUE, WED, THU, FRI schedule.

+ Comfort with hands-on production work in a manufacturing environment.

+ Reliability and a focus on completing tasks safely and on time.
